Do your products Expire?

All of our topical products are made without any chemical preservatives.  Once opened the ingredients will stay fresh for a year.  Products that are unopened will last 2 years from when it is purchased.  Our food products have the expiration date located on the packaging.

Are your ingredients natural/organic?

All of our ingredients are 100% natural and we prioritize organic and fair trade whenever available.

What about the quality of your ingredients?  What makes your formulas different from other beauty brands?

The active ingredients in our products are specially sourced from around the world to ensure that you are getting the most potent and therapeutic ingredient in the market.  For example our Sea Buckthorn oils are ethically sourced from the Himalayan mountains in Tibet, this subspecies is known to have the highest ratio of palmitoleic acid of any ingredient in the world.  Our sea buckthorn oil is CO2 extracted and minimally processed to ensure the highest degree of nutrients and amino acids. Most sea buckthorn oils from this region are further processed to make the oil have a lighter consistency and scent desirable in the cosmetic industry however this removes some of the beneficial ingredients.

How should I store my We Botanical products?

We take the nutrition of our ingredients seriously.  This is why we have chosen to use a special type of glass that filters the light that enters the bottle in order to enhance the nutrients in our formulas.  Once your product is in our bottles you can store the bottle in any light setting you like, however you should choose a cool location without direct sunlight that will heat up the product.
